団体理念／ミッション

一般社団法人Tsubomiは、女性が自分らしく輝く社会基盤の整備をすべく、以下のミッションを掲げ活動する団体です。

１．子育て期の母親が、育児・仕事・自分の時間のどれも笑顔でいられるようサポートします。

２．まち全体での子育てを目指し、子どもからお年寄りまで支え合える地域をつくります。

３．女性の活躍をみんなで応援できる社会をつくります。

Our Founding Principles / Our Mission

We are working with the following missions to develop the foundation for a society where women can be themselves and shine.

1. We will support mothers raising children so that they can keep on smiling at all times whether raising children, working, or taking time for themselves.

2. We aim for the realization of a community where all people raise all children together and they support one another from young to old.

3. We will create a society where all people can support all women in their work and actions.
